Man arrested after property damage in Torbay
At 4:00 a.m. this morning, the RNC was called to a report of property damage in progress at a residence in Torbay.
The complainant witnessed the extensive damage to the home and they were familiar with the suspect.
Police later located the 40-year-old male at his residence but he refused to come out. After several hours officers executed a warrant on the residence and the male was arrested without issue.
The male was charged with mischief and held for court in the morning.
