Judge rejects joint sentencing submission in case of impaired driving causing death
There has been another delay in the case of Rodney Constantine, who pleaded guilty to impaired driving causing death. The Crown and defence made a joint submission recommending four years in prison, but the judge told them to come back with another proposal in September. NTV’s Marykate O’Neill reports.
