Habitat for Humanity’s ground-breaking ceremony set for today in Mount Pearl
Joedy Wall, Minister of Housing and Minister of Social Supports and Well-Being, will take part in a groundbreaking ceremony this afternoon for two new homes set for construction in Mount Pearl by Habitat for Humanity.
Wall will join Dave Aker, Mayor of Mount Pearl, Sandra Whiffen, Chief Executive Officer of Habitat for Humanity Newfoundland and Labrador, Jill Snow, Board Chair of Habitat for Humanity Newfoundland and Labrador, as well as representatives from the Newfoundland and Labrador Credit Union.
Habitat for Humanity Newfoundland and Labrador is a non-profit charitable organization that assists lower income working families with affordable homeownership.
