Federation of Labour says laws protecting workers not as effective as they should be
Sunday was the National Day of Mourning for workers killed or injured on the job. The N.L. Federation of Labour says the Westray Law is not as effective as it should be in protecting workers. NTV’s Colleen Lewis reports.
