Family shocked after charges withdrawn for fatal crash
The family of a man killed in a highway collision in Conception Bay South in 2022 is speaking out today about what they say is a broken justice system. That’s after two men charged in connection with Duane Hutchings’ death were cleared of legal wrongdoing. NTV’s Rosie Mullaley reports.
