Family of man who died at HMP speaks out about ‘brutal’ conditions
The family of Seamus Flynn is speaking out tonight after the 35-year-old man died in custody over a week ago.
His sister says people need to be held accountable for what she calls brutal conditions inside Her Majesty’s Penitentiary. NTV’s Becky Daley reports.
