Employment program opens doors for Canadians with disabilities
Canada’s labour shortage comes with a catch. While employers struggle to fill jobs, thousands of Canadians with intellectual disabilities and autism who are ready and able to work remain on the sidelines. A national program is helping change that, but its future is uncertain. NTV’s Beth Penney reports.
