Disgraced former constable Doug Snelgrove no longer employed by RNC
Disgraced former constable Douglas Snelgrove is no longer employed by the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary. The RNC confirmed the news today after Snelgrove lost his final appeal more than a month ago. NTV’s Jodi Cooke has this report.
