Conservation group calls for stronger climate action as atlantic salmon return to provincial rivers
Anglers are returning to the province’s rivers this month as Atlantic salmon make their annual migration back to local waterways.
However, at least one conservation group says more needs to be done to address the effects of climate change, pointing to declining salmon returns in recent years.
