Clarenville RCMP advises of deteriorating road condition near Thorburn Lake
Clarenville RCMP advises the public that heavy snowfall amounts have resulted in extremely poor road conditions along the Trans-Canada Highway throughout the region. Police and emergency crews are responding to reports of a commercial transport truck that has slid off the highway – outside Clarenville – near Thorburn Lake.
Although the highway remains passable, motorist can expect delays in the area.
Please consider delaying any non-essential travel. If you must travel, please exercise caution and patience and take your time.
