Arrest warrant issued for Jonathan Learning
St. Anthony RCMP is looking for 32-year-old Jonathan Learning, who is actively evading police.
Learning is wanted in relation to charges of uttering threats, break and enter with intent, mischief, and theft. He is believed to possibly be in the Goose Bay area.
