Annual Pride Parade caps festival in downtown St. John’s
The annual Pride Parade got underway in downtown St. John’s Sunday.
It’s the grand finale of the St. John’s Pride Festival, starting at St. John’s City Hall end ending at Bannerman Park. This year’s Grand Marshal is Overdose and Awareness Response St. John’s with the theme, “This Party is a Protest.”
“Together, we’ll celebrate the power of visibility, community, and collective action as thousands gather in support, solidarity, and Pride,” St. John’s Pride organizers said in a statement.
