Advocate continues protest to remove statute of limitations for child abuse
Jack Whalen spent more than 700 days in solitary confinement at the Whitbourne Boys’ home in the 1970’s.
This week he continued his protest outside of the Confederation Building, in an effort to draw attention to the abuse he endured at the boys’ home, and ask politicians to remove the statute of limitations on child abuse.
