Showers are expected today across the Island, on the Avalon Peninsula, amounts of 5 to 10 mm are expected, and along the west coast, 5 mm are expected. On the Great Northern Peninsula, 5 to 10 mm could fall. There will be quite a temperature contrast from 7 on the Northern Peninsula to 20 on the Burin Peninsula.
It will be mainly overcast across Labrador today with a chance of showers for most areas. There is a chance of showers or flurries… yes, flurries, in western Labrador. From Norman Bay to L’Anse-au-Clair, rainfall amounts of 5 to 10 mm are anticipated. Highs between 5 and 9 are expected.
