A 67-year-old man is deceased and another individual received serious injuries following a motorcycle crash that occurred on the afternoon of June 7. At abouty 3:00 p.m. on Friday, Happy Valley-Goose Bay RCMP received the report of the crash that occurred on Route 500, well outside of the town of Happy Valley-Goose Bay. Officers determined that a motorcycle, which was towing a trailer, had left the roadway. The driver died at the scene and a passenger was transported to Labrador Health Centre with serious injuries.
The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner is engaged and the investigation is continuing.
