Just before midnight last night, RNC patrol officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on Topsail Road in St. John’s for having their windows covered with snow.

While speaking with the 27-year-old male driver, officers observed a smell of alcohol which led to a breath sample being obtained.

The driver was provided with a 7-day driving suspension and his vehicle was impounded.
