Federal labour Minister Seamus O’Regan has resigned from cabinet 

O’Regan, who has been the member of parliament for St. John’s South – Mount Pearl since 2015 will continue to represent the riding until the next federal election. But he will not seek re-election when the time comes. NTV’s Ben Cleary reports.
