Conception Bay South family stunned as new home built on expropriated property
Thirteen years ago, a Conception Bay South family says the province expropriated their home because it would be needed for the Peacekeepers Way highway. Now, as NTV’s Beth Penney tells us, the family is stunned to see a new house being built on the same piece of property.
