Rocky Harbour RCMP investigating residential fire, requesting public’s assistance
Police are investigating a fire at a vacant residence that occurred late at night on Jan. 17 on Payne’s Path in Rocky Harbour. Police are asking the public to come forward with any information about this incident.
At approximately 10:45 p.m. on Jan. 17, police, along with Rocky Harbour Fire Department, responded to a report of a fire at a vacant residence on Payne’s Path. The fire was quickly contained and extinguished. There were no people present in the home, but the structure sustained damage from flames and smoke.
Police are asking anyone with any information about this fire, including video or photo surveillance of the area on January 17, to call Rocky Harbour RCMP at 709-458-2222.
