Grand Falls-Windsor RCMP asking for assistance locating missing person Derek Shiner
Grand Falls-Windsor RCMP is seeking the public’s help to locate 64-year-old Derek Shiner.
Shiner was heard from on July 23, 2026. Police and loved ones are concerned for his safety and well-being.
He is described as a white man, approximately 5’7” tall and slim build, with short light hair. Shiner was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and a black hat. He may be in the Gander or St. John’s area.
