Premier Andrew Furey will make the announcement and will be joined by Teara Freake, Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer of Western Zone, NL Health Services, and Deer Lake Mayor Mike Goosney.
The announcement takes place at the Hodder Memorial Recreation Complex at 1:00 p.m.
