Due to a planned water shutdown by the town of Whitbourne, there will be a delayed opening at the Dr. Wm H. Newhook Community Health Centre today.

Blood collection and diagnostic imaging services will not be impacted.

The facility will be closed this morning and is anticipated to resume normal operations at noon.
