Judicial recount will begin Monday in Terra Nova-The Peninsulas after Quebec seat flips to Liberals

A judicial recount will begin tomorrow, for the electoral district of Terra Nova-The Peninsulas, after just a 12 vote difference between the liberal, and conservative candidate. As NTV’s Beth Penney tells us, it comes after a recount flipped a seat in a Quebec riding this weekend.
