Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro outlined its billion-dollar spending plan for new generation over the next decade at the final day of the Energy NL conference. NTV’s Ben Cleary reports.

Marine Atlantic has confirmed there will be a delay to the start of the Argentia ferry service this summer because of mechanical issues with the new ferry.
