On Thursday from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. the Town of Carbonear will be holding an event focusing on health at the Civic Centre.

There will be a celebration of culture with music, food and comedy. Chef Jeremy Charles will prepare sustainable plates with locally sourced ingredients.

Music will be provided provided by The Flu Fighters.

There will also be contributions from Sean Connors, Chief of the Cardiac Care program. The event will be emceed by Pat Parfrey and Cassie Chisholm, Vice President Transformation – Health Systems.

There is no cost to attend the event, however, registration is required.
