Temporary road closures to facilitate Team Gushue Highway construction
The Department of Transportation and Infrastructure is advising the motoring public of upcoming road closures between March 25 and July 31 which are necessary to facilitate the ongoing completion of the final phase of Team Gushue Highway:
- All ramps will be closed at the Heavy Tree Road Interchange on Pitts Memorial Drive (Route 2)
- Robert E. Howlett Memorial Drive will also be closed from Ruby Line to Brookfield Road (Route 3)
A detour will be in place via Ruby Line and Southlands Boulevard or via Ruby Line and Bay Bulls Road.
Motorists are asked to pay attention to traffic control, follow detour signage and be prepared to slow down.
