Delivery service alert issued for Grand Falls-Windsor
Canada Post has issued today a red delivery service alert for Grand Falls-Windsor due to snow accumulation causing walking conditions to be unsafe for employees. Canada Post also continues to maintain a yellow delivery service alert for Corner Brook.
A red service alert means that we are suspending delivery for the day and not sending our delivery agents out or recalling them. Delivery will resume once conditions improve and it’s safe to do so.
An alert can be issued for a particular community or an entire province, depending on the weather event.
