Bill C-49 passes Senate, moving province closer to offshore wind development
Newfoundland and Labrador moved one step closer to developing offshore wind this week when Bill C-49 passed third reading in the Senate. As NTV’s Don Bradshaw reports, cabinet minister Gudie Hutchings is predicting a new era in the sector.
