Grand Falls-Windsor remembers Deputy Mayor Rod Benett
The town of Grand Falls-Windsor is mourning the loss of its deputy mayor. Rod Bennet, who was better known as Blackie Bennett, died last week after a battle with cancer. NTV’s Colleen Lewis reports.
