Deer Lake Powerhouse area closed for foreseeable future, starting Monday, August 31
Residents in Deer Lake are advised that public access to the Deer Lake powerhouse area will be closed starting next Monday evening at 5:00. The closure includes the parking lot and surrounding areas and applies to both vehicle and foot traffic.
The area will remain closed to the public for the foreseeable future while JCL begins construction on the new Deer Lake tailrace bridge.
