Judge rules in “Protect NL” group members favour, after unlawful arrest in 2024 protest
A court ruled today that three women had their charter rights violated when they were unlawfully arrested during a protest outside the provinces legislature in November of 2024.
NTV’s Becky Daley spoke with the three women today, who say justice has been served, and their fight against wind energy and hydrogen projects in the province will continue.
