Rise in youth sexual abuse charges raises concerns across N.L. courts
Youth sexual abuse is a disturbing charge to see on the docket of any court. But, as NTV’s Marykate O’Neill reports, there appears to have been a recent over-representation of these types of charges in both the provincial and federal court systems.
