Light afternoon and evening rain in Central breaks otherwise gorgeous Thursday in Newfoundland

Lots of sun up for grabs today with the highs reaching back into the 20’s for most regions.

Light rain forms late afternoon and moves across Central into the evening, dropping a modest 1-4 mm.

Southwest wind remains light on the West Coast and moves from gusts of 40 to 20 on the eastern side.

Meanwhile some light early rain in Lab West takes to day to reach Happy Valley-Goose Bay in Labrador.
