Fog lifts over Eastern Newfoundland Wednesday while sun shines through West Coast

Weather

The RDF loosens it’s grip on the eastern side of the island throughout Wednesday morning, replaced by a northwest wind and cloud cover through to the afternoon.

Newfoundland’s West and South Coast look to enjoy prolonged periods of sun into Wednesday while the Northern Peninsula and parts of Central get a smaller dose later into the afternoon and early evening.

Labrador sees some on and off light showers passing through the Western regions, on route to building into 5 mm of rain for Nain.

Meanwhile, the rest of the coastline enjoys a day in the sun while Happy Valley-Goose Bay has it’s sun snubbed by clouds after the supper hour in anticipation of a light rinse off end of day.
