Young girl rescued after going underwater in Manuels River
A trip to Manuels River in Conception Bay South nearly ended in tragedy over the weekend, when a five-year-old girl swimming in the area went underwater and was taken away by a current. Luckily, she was saved by Ian MacDonald, who happened to be there at the same time.
