No injuries following late-morning collision in Mount Pearl
A collision late Saturday morning in Mount Pearl resulted in no notable injuries, despite involving three vehicles.
At about 11:15 a.m. emergency crews were called to Commonwealth Avenue near Edinburgh Street, where a three-vehicle rear-end collision had taken place in the southbound lanes. While one vehicle sustained significant damage, the other two showed only minor damage.
All people involved, including at least two children, were assessed at the scene by paramedics. None required any further treatment. Traffic was slowed in the area for a time until the scene could be cleared.
