Fire breaks out at Wild Cove landfill in Corner Brook
There is an active fire at the landfill in Wild Cove, located on the North Shore Highway in Corner Brook.
Western Regional Waste Management posted on Facebook that firefighters are on the scene. Updates will be posted as more information becomes available.
The City of Corner Brook had enacted a fire ban earlier in the day Thursday.
