St. John’s Council updates residential bylaw property standards act
St. John’s City Council has updated its residential bylaw property standards act. The aim is to tighten up areas that council, residents and even staff sometimes have challenges navigating.
One such example would be giving enforcement officers clearer rules on everything from property maintenance and cleanup to ensuring residential properties have working carbon monoxide detectors.
