Much of the province is bracing for a storm that will bring high winds, heavy rain, and possible coastal flooding.
As a strong low-pressure system makes its way over the island, ferry crossings for tomorrow have already been cancelled, and the capital city is busy preparing. NTV’s Marykate O’Neill reports.
