RNC track down impaired driver
The RNC seized an off-road vehicle and issued a driving suspension in Cox’s Cove this weekend.
On Saturday, Sept. 20, just before 6:30 p.m., police responded to a report of erratic operation of an ATV in the area of Main Street.
As a result of an investigation, the 67-year-old male operator was issued a driving suspension for impaired driving and the ATV he was driving was seized.
