Crews continue to battle the out of control wildfire on the Bonavista Peninsula, with nearby communities being told to be prepared, for a possible evacuation alert. 

Some good news from officials today, the size of the fire has not grown substantially since yesterday, and the weather was more favourable than originally predicted. NTV’s Beth Penney has more in this report.
