Hydro-Quebec CEO defends MOU as ‘balanced’ during trip to Churchill Falls
The CEO of Hydro-Quebec was in Churchill Falls today as negotiations continue toward a final contract. Michael Sabia defended the deal as a balanced one, and says tariff threats from the United States have only increased the urgency to get it done. Here’s NTV’s Becky Daley.
