Music festival will continue after Kiwanis Club closes in Grand Falls-Windsor
The Kiwanis Club of Grand Falls-Windsor has announced it is no longer able to continue on because of declining membership. But as NTV’s Colleen Lewis explains, the people who make up the club are keeping the music festival going.
