The U.S. government announced earlier this month a significant increase on tariffs imposed on softwood lumber products entering the United States from Canada. In this province, the minister overseeing the forestry sector believes the increased tariffs could actually be a benefit for Newfoundland and Labrador.  NTV’s Don Bradshaw explains why.
