Consumer advocate calls Newfoundland Power ‘disingenuous’ with 7 per cent rate hike this week
Newfoundland Power rates will increase by seven per cent this week. It says the rate change is due to rising costs and supply strain. However, the province’s consumer advocate is calling Newfoundland Power disingenuous. NTV’s Bailey Howard has the story.
