Eastern Newfoundland braces for potential flooding with rain forecast to follow snow storm
Eastern Newfoundland saw close to 90 centimetres of snow in some over the weekend. But now the region is bracing for heavy rain and possible flooding. NTV’s Rosie Mullaley reports.
