Man Owing $17,000 in Fines Pulled Over for Driving 141km/h

Around 9:20am on Saturday, March 21st, RNC observed a vehicle travelling 141km/h in a 100km/h zone on the Trans-Canada Highway. A traffic stop was conducted and the 42-year old male driver was given tickets for speeding and driving while suspended. The driver owed $17,000 in fines and his vehicle was impounded.
