RNC in Corner Brook arrest impaired drivers
The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) has charged two people with impaired driving in the Corner Brook region.
Operational Patrol Services conducted a traffic stop with a 55-year-old man operating an ATV on Griffin Drive in Corner Brook around 5 p.m. Friday (March 20).
On Saturday (March 21) around 3:30 a.m., a 58-year-old female was stopped by officers on Main Street in York Harbour.
Both drivers were arrested and subsequently charged with impaired driving and operating over the legal limit. Their vehicles were impounded and licenses suspended. They were released to appear in court at later dates.
