Province updates status of wildfires

KingstonThe Kingston wildfire is still active. Aerial suppression continues Saturday, with helicopters and a bird dog aircraft. Waterbombers are on standby. Three years ago, Victoria Kochenovska and her husband Victor moved to Canada from Ukraine. They had built a moving business from scratch. Tragically, Victor died in a car crash near St. John’s International Airport last week.
