Corner Brook RNC holding public events to celebrate Police Week

On Saturday the RCMP received multiple complaints of a dangerous and possibly impaired driver heading east on the Trans Canada Highway near Bishop’s Falls. Construction on Western Brook Bridge to cause some delays

Traffic delays are expected in Gros Morne National Park as traffic resumes on Western Brook Bridge. Delays to traffic can be expected in the Rocky Harbour area between 7AM and 7PM. The construction is anticipated to be completed in September.

One person dead following collision near Bishop’s Falls

One person has died following a collision in central Newfoundland on Friday evening. The collision also caused the temporary closure of a section of the TCH between the Bishop’s Falls exits. RCMP are investigating the cause of the collision, and will provide more details as they become available.
